5 things you can start doing today to you are stru 5 things you can start doing today to you are struggling with anxiety and stress.

1. Learn to change your relationship with anxiety and stress to a healthier one.  This massively changes how you experience them.
.
2.  Train your mind to be able to recognise your negative thoughts as just thoughts. They are not real or reality. 
.
3.  Train your brain to know you are safe and not someone who lives in fear of waiting for bad things to happen to them in a future that doesn’t exist!  That victim mentality will steal much more than you think it may give. 
.
4.  Learn to manage your emotions and survival response with autonomic nervous system training. This changed my life!
.
5. Work holistically on healing your mind and body. Gut health is a great place to start as it impacts so much of your mental and physical health.
.
