Therapy and Coaching Sessions Information

I work holistically so that you will work not only on your mind but on your body and your lifestyle too. Traditional talking therapy does not do this. Working holistically to become more calm, focused, motivated, productive, confident and resilient is a skill we all need to develop.

More generally, seeking help is very important so that you don’t feel stuck or lost. The biggest barrier can be pride, but actually looking for help is an incredibly brave step and I offer you a safe, non-judgmental space to talk about your situation.

Not at all, there is no sales pitch or pressure to work with me at all. I might not even be your best option and I will advise if this is the case during or after our meeting. I will encourage you to think about possibly working together before committing.

My coaching is an investment of money, time and effort in yourself to make huge improvements in your life. It truly can be life transforming.  I will teach you the tools needed to help you manage your mindset and anxiety, whereas traditional talking therapy does not centre practical solutions, and so often lasts for months or years. We will discuss the payments during the free consultation. Payments are made via direct bank transfer or Stripe if you are abroad or paying via credit card.

At first, most clients have six sessions over six weeks. For some clients, this is all they need to get the result they want. For others, more sessions are more suitable depending on their personal situation. I also offer intensive courses for people really struggling. I will recommend a course of action in the free consultation.

My main focus for every client is to develop confidence using the strategies given during the sessions. The more confidence gained, the less I am needed, which is the best news I can hear because it means we have been successful with your programme!

Sessions are 50 minutes long. Shorter sessions can be arranged – discuss with me in the free consultation.

I see individual clients on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. I work from 12pm to 2pm and from 4pm to 7pm.

Face-to-face sessions are held in my office at 7 Brunswick Square, Hove, BN3 1EG UK.

Yes, sessions are available either online via Zoom, or face to face.

This is discussed during your free consultation and I will recommend a suitable course of action.
After sessions, you may be sent links to podcasts and other information that will help your progress.

Not at all, some therapies don’t work or suit some clients. Hypnotherapy can be very relaxing and useful in facilitating powerful changes in the way you think and behave.  It is totally harmless and I can explain more about it during the consultation or session if you are curious.

  • Have water to hand, tissues, and a pen and some paper handy to make notes.
  • Avoid being too caffeinated for a session as this can make it difficult to do some mental exercises.
  • Please give me honest feedback about the sessions and your progress! It helps me to know what is working for you and what isn’t, and aid any doubts you may have.
  • If we are meeting online, try to be in a private space where you won’t be interrupted.
  • Make sure your wifi signal is strong. However, if there are any tech issues, we will work around them, possibly continuing the session by phone.
  • I advise you to wear earphones to prevent feedback. ( I can hear myself coming through some speakers)

Your notes are not shared with anyone. In the rare event that I need help with your case from another therapist, your personal details are not shared. Even if a partner or family member has referred you to me, I do not share any information about you to them.

My privacy notice can be read here.

I am not a physician and cannot advise you medically. If I suspect you need extra help in combination with your therapy, I will advise you to speak to your GP.
