In this episode Paul uses the highly requested music meditations which can trigger relaxation and healing is now available to listen to for you to meditate in your own way to. Sometimes we just need the music to work on something less guided and more personal.
Whilst listening to this powerful piece of music, you can:
Observe your thoughts, let them come and go for around 10 – 12 minutes
Practise observing negative thoughts, allow and accept them to be there.
Practise letting go if tension slowly all the way down from your head to your toes.
Lie back, relax and allow your mind to wander whilst your body focuses on healing
Ask yourself a question and just watch your thoughts for a while to see what comes up
Put on in the background to help you focus and concentrate whilst working
Paul uses a mix of guided meditations, music only and just silence to meditate and encourages you to explore doing the same to help you gain more self awareness and mastery.
