An Integrative Hypnotherapist is someone who assesses a client’s needs and then blends a combination of therapies with Hypnosis to connect with the unconscious mind and facilitate positive change.

What is great about my approach is that you do not have to be susceptible to Hypnosis to benefit from sessions. The tools and strategies you will learn can become and unconscious habit the more you use them to explore creating the change you are looking for. Clients often tell me how confident they feel having these tools to use if they need them which changes the way you feel about their futures.
Neuro-Linguistic-Programming is the practice of understanding how your mind (neuro) and how it communicates (linguistic). By changing the communication you can alter behaviours and this is the programming part. In other words, NLP helps you understand how your mind is working and then uses tools and techniques to help you create the change you are looking for. I combine this with other therapies too which enhances its effectiveness.
Integral Eye Movement Therapy is a brief therapy which uses the way your eyes access brain patterns so help create the change you are looking for. You may not realise it but when you access a negative thought or feeling your eyes move in a certain pattern which creates a negative result. IEMT helps to interrupt that pattern and also change it to something more positive instead. This is a fantastic therapy for intrusive thoughts and feelings which can feel overwhelming. I also combine this with other therapies to increase its effectiveness.

Basic Life Coaching is very goal orientated which is great if you don’t have any unconscious blocks stopping you from moving forward. I prefer a different approach where we work on your values, goals and objectives and remove any unwelcome unconscious blocks. This can help you propel yourself confidently forward onto the path you really want to be on. I combine this with Integrative Hypnotherapy, NLP and other techniques to help you get the best out of yourself.
Cognitive Behaviour Therapy is a talking therapy which shows you how your thoughts affect your mood, emotions and behaviour. You will learn tools how to begin noticing your triggers transitioning your thoughts to something more useful which in turn affects how you feel and what you do next. I use CBT combined with Hypnotherapy, NLP, IEMT, Mindfulness and Coaching to help you get the most out of the sessions.
Acceptance Commitment Therapy is a more mindfulness-based therapy where you learn to end the struggle with thoughts and feelings using various techniques to become mindful of them instead. I love ACT therapy and it’s a fantastic tool combined with Hypnotherapy, NLP and Coaching too.
This is an amazing tool if used correctly in helping to increase your quality of life. I use this a lot to help shift my attention to what is important to focus on at the moment and to manage thoughts so I am in control. This is what mindfulness basically is and whilst some books and courses make it look quite odd and over complicated, I will show you how to use it effectively in everyday life. (No meditation required!) Mindfulness tools can be integrated with hypnotherapy to increase their effectiveness too.
