I Was Really Anxious
I know from personal experience how frightening, frustrating and how powerless you can feel when feeling anxious. I used to think I was going mad as the negative thoughts and feelings on various levels of intensity could just come out of nowhere, which led to feeling more anxious as I then developed a fear of fear. It was my battles and experiences with anxiety that led me to explore and seek out the most effective ways to change it as the traditional therapy methods were simply not working.

Traditional therapies can be useful for circumstantial anxiety where a situation, trauma, ill health or lifestyle problem is causing anxiety to rear its head. It really is good to talk them through but where are the tools to reduce and manage their anxiety? Fear of fear is a huge problem and unless someone suffering from anxiety becomes confident in managing it then they will always fear it and this can keep the anxiety going in an unhealthy repeated cycle.
From the first session, you will learn tools and strategies to help rebalance your struggling chemistry and take the pressure off a struggling nervous system which can cause your anxiety symptoms.
